What's included in each plan?
Free covers lot cataloging, the auctioneer's list, Excel and photo exports, and buyer invoices with manual lot entry — for up to 2 users. Silver ($15/mo) adds reconciliation of bid results and consignor payouts, for 3 users. Bronze ($25/mo) adds printed lot labels and a custom-fees engine, for 5 users. How is GST applied?
All prices on the site are in Canadian dollars. Stripe Tax automatically calculates and adds 5% GST at checkout based on your billing address, and it re-applies the same 5% at every renewal — on both monthly and yearly plans. Your full GST-inclusive invoice is available from the billing page.
What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?
Plan changes take effect at your next renewal date — you keep your current plan and price until then, and your card is charged for the new plan (plus 5% GST) on the next billing cycle. Nothing is pro-rated, and you won't get a surprise mid-month charge. Cancellations work the same way: your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, then drops to Free.
Can I add discount codes for my customers?
Yes. Owners can create percent-off or amount-off promotion codes from the billing page, and customers redeem them on the checkout screen.
